PRAISE FROM A SWEET FRIEND… I know you will find it relatable

“Deb has been my friend for three years; we share a passion for fitness, health, and wellness. I have been in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and trainer for 30 years. No matter how much we know about our bodies, training, nutrition, etc. there are times when, especially as we age, we can become dumbfounded at the physical changes that tend to sneak up on us, seemingly overnight.   It was during one of these times that I reached out to Deb and said. "I need help; I don't know what the hell is going on with my body!" Deb stepped up as my friend and a coach and offered to help get me back on track, and boy was it a game-changer.

She knew my passion for steady-state cardio and knew the answer to initiate change, for me, was to mix it up.   Her passion for helping others get healthy mixed with her strong foundation of knowledge in fitness and coaching was what I needed.   After eight weeks of implementing the training program she delivered to me, I was right back to where I feel my best, not just weight-wise but in overall increased strength and vitality.  Thank you, friend, for sharing this other side of you with me, your knowledge and dedication to helping others achieve their goals and become the Best versions of themselves has left me feeling even more grateful for having you in my corner!”

READY TO RELEASE NEGATIVE PATTERNS? … read this:

“Deb, I want to Thank You for an amazing 12 weeks! I signed up hoping for an accountability partner, which in itself would have been huge, but our time together has proved to be so much more than that! Your encouragement, insight, and practical steps have give me the tools to have a healthier relationship with food. The biggest gift you have given me is helping me to understand food is not “bad”, I am not “bad” if I do not eat exactly “right”.

You have helped me to be released from the guilt and the negative patterns that have been with me my entire life. We are more than a number on a scale. The point of being healthy is to be our best selves, enjoy a long and active life, to live a life of confidence and vibrancy, not shame and guilt. Thank you seems so inadequate, but THANK YOU for all you have given me! I am grateful for your passion!”

You have guided me to remove the habits that were robbing me of the goodness that comes from a healthy life.
